Starting anew

Due to the wedding and all that jazz - I need to get back on eating right.

Junk food is out. No more combos. No more Chex Mix.

Why no chex mix? At first, it tastes good but as time goes on, it tastes bland.

So no thanks. Take those off the list.

I do miss cheese. So I'm going to buy more cheese the next time I go to the food store. Eggs too.

Veggies is the way to go as well. So I may have to make a list as I go on because I can't afford what I could when living at my parents' but this is really too much.

So I have to make do with bare minimum.

Eggs
Cheese
Veggies (2 for $5 at Giant Eagle)
Meat (hoard them up! If there is a sale, grab them - notably the beef & drumsticks/thighs such as buy 1 get 1 free)
More salads - eat them daily

As for other things - I can eat them but not a whole lot. I hope Chris can join me - but most likely, he won't because he loves his pasta too much along with bread and whatnots.

So yeah, wish me good luck.

I don't have a scale anymore so I'm going with the jean size which is a 14/16 now.
